From M1 southbound leave at Junction 19, then take the A14 east. Turn off north at Junction 12 (A6116) to Thrapston.

From A1 Southbound leave at Junction 17 at roundabout take first exit onto the A605 and follow signs to Oundle. From M1 Northbound leave at Junction 15, signed "Northampton East" turning East onto A508 which merges with the A45 Northampton Ring Road, then take the A605 North to Peterborough. Continue on A605 and follow signs to Oundle. From M1 southbound leave at Junction 19, then take the A14 east. Turn off north at Junction 12 (A6116) to Thrapston.

From M1 North or Southbound, leave at Junction 15, signed "Northampton East" turning East onto A508 which merges with the A45 Northampton Ring Road. Take A45 East, then A5001 into Rushden. From A1 North or Southbound, take A14 to Thrapston, turn off at Junction 13, take A605 South to A6, then turn South through Higham Ferrers on A6 into Rushden. (For alternative route from A1 Northbound, take A428 to Bedford, then A6 into Rushden).
